The Account Manager fulfills the following roles:

  • Serves as the "human touch" in what is a technical business
  • Provides a detailed walk-through of our Domain System Manager (DSM®)  and Alabanza services
  • Establishes payment processors so you can accept orders via DSM

We staff Account Managers with the following characteristics:

  • Customer service and/or technical support experience
  • Extensive training in Alabanza’s systems and customer issues
  • Feature an average of four years experience

 

Technical Support
You will have access to a team of customer support personnel for your application-related needs. Our technical support team members generally know many clients by name and follow a highly intensive, personalized approach to support.

The technical support staff fulfills the following roles:

  • Accessible by toll-free phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Resolve front-end questions or issues
  • Provide updates on new products and services
  • Track open support tickets 

The technical support staff has the following characteristics:

  • Follow a team approach
  • Trained in-house by the experienced support management team
  • Vigilant to pager and email monitoring
  • Feature an average of three years experience in a Linux environment

Network Operations Support
Our network operations support staff is on hand to help you solve unexpected issues.

The network operations support staff fulfills the following roles:

  • Provide instant response to emergency tickets
  • Maintain senior technician availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Maintain system administrator availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

The network operations staff has the following characteristics:

  • Follow a team approach to customer support
  • Feature an average of five years experience in a Linux environment
  • Certifications include CCNA, Linux, and RedHat
  • Trained in-house by the experienced support management team
  • Vigilant to pager and email monitoring
